    great parks and easy access to local eateries

    I appreciated the short walk to Pinkerton Park where I could enjoy the lovely park views, and being close to Dolan's Deli allowed me to grab a delicious meal without much fuss after a long day of exploring. The hotel provides basic amenities for a comfortable stay.

    I will be back certainly. Fine and fairly clean hotel; the rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff ensures you have a very pleasant time, they are exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating. It offers awesome breakfasts and has a great restaurant.

    The Americas Best Value Inn Franklin had a lovely clean room with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our family trips, being just a short drive away from Nashville. Plus, the kids loved the little seating area where we could all relax together.
